The Counseling Center, Compass Community Health and Compass Point Housing hires across a continuum of job families, the Staffing Process outlined here is a general overview. The following guidelines apply broadly to all of our Staffing Processes.

  •  All candidates must apply online to open positions in order to be considered for career opportunities.
  • Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for positions for which they feel they are a match based on the job specifications that are listed in each posting.
  •  Due to the volume of applicants who express an interest in our Agencies, most applicants will not hear back from our recruiting team unless there is a specific match for a position. At that time, a candidate will receive a phone call or an e-mail from a member of the recruiting team with more information regarding the next steps in the process.
