Positions Available

  • Full-time position at the Franklin Furnace Re-Entry center. The Client Recruitment specialist will be responsible for conducting screening interviewing, determining appropriateness, and assisting with client orientation activities throughout the admissions process. Will provide information about TCC services and build relationships with referral sources as needed. Must have strong communication skills, efficient knowledge of office operations, be able to accurately complete reports and gather statistics. Should be able to understand and assimilate new information quickly, demonstrates appropriate understanding of working with confidential information.
    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or equivalent
    Prior experience in an office of at least 3 years/Formal secretarial training
    Experience in quality assurance activities preferred
    Knowledge of substance use disorders and the impact loved ones preferred

  • 2 FT positions available. Day Shift
    The Case Manager provides needs assessments to clients, and performs duties relating to case management including making home visits, assisting clients in obtaining supportive services, making necessary referrals and providing training regarding independent living skills.
    Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

  • LSW or LPC required.
    The Behavioral Health Counselor is responsible for providing assessments, determining appropriateness of service, and providing treatment services. A Behavioral Health Counselor must also complete paperwork related to these functions.

  • 2 FT positions available. Day shift.
    LCDC II or LCDC III required.
    The Counselor is responsible for providing assessments, determining appropriateness of service, and providing treatment services. A Counselor must also complete paperwork related to these functions.

  • Multiple positions available in Men's and Women's housing. Locations include West Union, Franklin Furnace, and Portsmouth.

    Provides supervision of client activities, assuring client compliance with facility rules and procedures. Supervises visitations of clients and significant others during scheduled visitations hours. Assists clients with development of daily living skills. Maintains a safe and therapeutic environment by providing direct supervision to clients on and off grounds. Supervises, monitors and records client self-medication. Provides written documentation of client activity/treatment plans and periodic written updates in order to maintain compliance with written standards and provide documentation for billing of services. Initiates all correspondence and paperwork related to needs assessments and client service reports (i.e., letters, progress notes, etc.). Monitors safety procedures regarding facility use and client activity. Light housekeeping duties including, but not limited to, emptying waste baskets, dusting, vacuuming and cleaning the restrooms.
